Facility Rules and Regulations

•     Gate hours are 6:00 am to 10:00 pm . Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Sunday. Office is closed on major holidays. Gate is accessible 365 days per year.

•     A current driver’s license or picture ID and a copy of the vehicle’s current registration is required, and copies of each will be kept on file. None of the information will ever be given to any third parties without prior knowledge or consent, or as otherwise required by law.

•     Customer shall provide all necessary insurance for personal property, and a copy for the file is required. Owners shall have no liability whatsoever for vandalism, theft, fire, or any other damage that may occur to the customer’s personal property.

•     Subleasing or “loaning” of spaces is not permitted

•     No smoking, drinking alcohol, drugs or firearms are permitted anywhere on the premises.

 •     Children must be in the company of an adult at all times.

 •     Pets must be leashed or in a vehicle at all times.

 •     No plastic tarps or temporary covers over vehicles. Custom-fit canvas covers may be permitted upon office approval.

 •     No littering or dumping of trash is permitted on the premises.
